Genealogical research is a very rewarding endeavor, however, deciding what to look for, where to look, and keeping everything we find in some logical, organized fashion is perhaps most important.  There are the relatively easy searches, especially in Cajun Country – who are your grandparents, great-grandparents, etc.  It gets more interesting when we look for land acquisitions, successions and marriage records.  Where did Nonc and Taunte So and So live?  Why did they move there?  What happened to the house? And many more questions that can send us down many rabbit holes wondering if we will ever emerge.  This class will focus some on organizing our research but also include discussions about who found what, where, and how.  Ages 18 & up.
