« back to classes page
Where does culture come from?  How do you build and sustain it in your group or strengthen it if it needs fixing?  This series of three classes will discuss building a culture of trust in our professional lives to answer the question, “Who will catch me?” as we jump into the swirling pool of today’s business world.  Our goal is to help you create engagement, innovation, sustainable results and exceptional relationships by helping develop a culture that provides a safety net to us as adults and also considers that we might be the safety net for others.  Are we allowed to practice before that someone gets out of the pool and says, “You can do it yourself”?  Practicing skills discussed in the class is critical, so time will be allowed between class sessions for reflection and practice.
