In this class you will discover how to solve problems, conquer new territories and avoid pitfalls using time-tested strategies.  You will also study the process of strategic development (from analysis to evaluation) and walk away with a real, honest plan to tackle your goals.  In addition, you will learn how to conduct a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis, identify goals and objectives (learn the difference between the two), discern how to conduct market research, develop a brand voice and key messaging, as well as explore how social media, public/private partnerships and media coverage affects your success.
