International Cooking (Ages 9 - 16)

Explore the different cuisines of the world. Students will journey into the art of cooking by preparing dishes from Italy, British Isles, China, Mexico, India, Caribbean Islands, Australia and South America. Students will be given a brief history and common cooking methods of each region. After cooking the dishes, students will be able to taste and enjoy the foods they prepared. All cooks welcomed from beginner to advanced. (Includes all food, supplies and copies of recipes.)
