This is an introductory class to the postures, movements and principles of Yang style Tai Chi.

Tai Chi originated as a martial art in ancient China and has been practiced for centuries for its beneficial effects on one’s physical and mental well-being.

No previous Tai Chi experience is required.

Please read:  Please note an important change in your upcoming class schedule. Due to circumstances unforeseen, we have had to cancel the March 8th class. We have extended the class to meet through April 12. We trust this change is far enough in advance for you to make an adjustment in your class attendance. The dates for this Tai Chi class are: 2/15 - 4/12/2018 (no class 3/8). Students must be at least 16 years old and able to stand and move without assistance.
